• No parties or events • No unregistered guests or visitors • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM • No smoking, vaping, or cannabis indoors • No pets unless approved in writing • No mail or package deliveries • Do not rearrange furniture • Short-term stay as guest only (no tenant rights) Garbage: • Dispose of garbage, organics bin and recycling using the designated bins in the garage • Please bring the garbage bin and recycling bin from the garage to the sidewalk on Thursday night. • If you’re staying Thursday and Friday, please then bring the bin back on Friday afternoon. • 1 garbage bag, 1 organics bag permitted per stay • Recycling must be flattened. Guests are responsible for ensuring bins are placed out to prevent accumulation of garbage. • Failure to follow garbage instructions may result in a $200 fee During winter months, snow and ice are common in Canada. Snow removal is provided consistent with residential standards. During active snowfall, outdoor areas such as driveways and walkways may not remain 100% clear at all times. Guests are expected to use caution during winter weather. Keys: • Keys must be returned to the lockbox • Lost keys will result in a $1,000 lock replacement fee Enforcement: • Any violation of house rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
